Terms & Conditions for using Meat Arena online platform (TCMA)

1. ABOUT US
   1.1. The website www.meatarena.com (“Meat Arena”) is owned and run by Dinikom ltd, with following registration data: VAT number: BG115142519, headquarters in Dekom trade center office 18, 176 Brezovsko shosse blvd, Plovdiv 4003, Bulgaria., with telephone +359 888 492 508, email: info@meatarena.com.
   1.2. Meat Arena is an online platform for meat offers where you can publish your products or your requests. You can find new partners. Find information about food events around the world. Follow the weekly prices of pork and beef meat or check the offers in the database. Read the veterinary regulation, meat production, import or export data in many countries around the world. Only companies who operates in the meat industry can use the platform. We reserve the right to deny access to any company that cannot provide sufficient information that is involved in the meat industry or if the provided information is false.

2. DEFINITIONS
   2.1. Meat Arena – the website www.meatarena.com
   2.2. TCMA - Terms & Conditions for using Meat Arena platform
   2.3. User – any person that is using the Meat Arena platform, who by registering an account has accepted the TCMA.

3. INTRODUCTION
   3.1. These Terms & Conditions for using Meat Arena platform (TCMA) written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These TCMA will be applied fully and affect to your use of Meat Arena. By accepting, viewing and / or using Meat Arena, the User accepts that he is familiar with the TCMA and agrees to bind and complies with these TCMA written in here. You must not use Meat Arena if you disagree with any of these TCMA. Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use Meat Arena. An integral part of these TCMA is the Privacy Policy of Meat Arena.
   3.2. Meat Arena reserves the right to change and update at any time the content of TCMA without any prior notice. In the event of dispute between Dinikom ltd and the User, the version of the TCMA valid at the time of the dispute shall apply.
   3.3. At Meat Arena we do the best to keep the data and the information in our database up-to-date and as accurately as possible but these information is subject to constant change. Therefore, such information is provided „AS IS”. If you find any fault information please contact us at info@meatarena.com.

4. MEAT ARENA COST AND PAYMENT
   4.1. Meat Arena subscription is billed in advance on 6 months base or 12 months basis. If you decide to purchase subscription, you will NOT be charged automatically for next period. You will receive renewal notification so you can manually renew your subscription.
   4.2. For the price of one subscription fee, every company can create up to three different user accounts that are integrated into one company profile. All three users must provide sufficient information that they are employees of the registered company.
   4.3. We offer 3 months test period with limited contact information. After subscription fee is paid, the Users receive full access.
   4.4. If you want to cancel your subscription, please send email to info@meatarena.com and we will deactivate your profile within 7 days. If you want your profile deleted from the database, please mention that in the email. We will delete your profile within 7 days. In case of cancelation of the subscription by the User, no refund is granted. There is no cancellation fee.
   4.5. Dinikom ltd reserves the right to terminate at any time your subscription without having to motivate the refusal. We will however refund the amount of your subscription fee in full within 30 days to the same company that made the payment. In case of violation of TCMA, no refund is granted.

5. ITELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   5.1 Other than the content you own, under these TCMA, Dinikom ltd owns all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in Meat Arena. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained in Meat Arena.
   5.2. Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third party’s rights. Dinikom ltd reserves the right to remove any of your content from Meat Arena at any time without notice.
   5.3. The Users of Meat Arena are responsible for all and any material provided by them, such as data, information, opinions and more. By providing them, they are deemed to have and/or have the right to publish, refer to, distribute these materials and opinions including but not limited to any other information provided by them on the portal. In cases where Users publish or provide information related to personal data, they are deemed to have received the necessary consents for this according to the current European legislation.
   5.4. Meat Arena and company Dinikom ltd is not responsible or liable for any data published by the Users. All Users who publish information or pictures in Meat Arena assume that they have legal right.
   5.5. Without prior notice Meat Arena can edit or delete any information that is not legal or invalid
   5.6. Meat Arena cannot resell the information published by the User.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF DINIKOM LTD
   6.1. Dinikom ltd is obliged to provide its Users with uninterrupted (24 hours a day) access to Meat Arena according to the provided basic service.
   6.2. In carrying out its activities, Dinikom ltd is obliged to keep the company secrets of its Users.
   6.3. Dinikom ltd shall not disclose to third parties any information about the Users unless law requires it or when the subscriber has given his/her consent.
   6.4. Dinikom ltd is not responsible for the quality of the service in the case of traffic disturbances due to reasons for which the internet provider of Dinikom ltd is responsible.
   6.5. Dinikom ltd is not responsible for damages, damages and / or lost profits:
   - Resulting from transactions concluded between Users of Meat Arena.
   - Due to inaccurate, untrustworthy or misleading information and/or data submitted by Users of Meat Arena, or by information from published news and/or other information sources as well as damages caused by unintended electronic exchange (spam).
   6.6. Dinikom ltd is not responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the information posted by the Users.
   6.7. Dinikom ltd is not responsible for any damage that may arise from links that redirect to external websites. Meat Arena have the right to request at any time the removal of any link published by the User.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF USERS
   7.1. When you use Meat Arena, you can:
   - Access and view unlimited the information in the database;
   - Publish offers or requests according to your subscription plan;
   - Print the searching result
   7.2. When you use Meat Arena, you are NOT allowed to:
   - Resell or distribute any of the Meat Arena content;
   - Share the Meat Arena content to third parties;
   - Upload any content from Meat Arena to any server and display on website;
   - Copy, modify, reproduce, transform, alter, translate, license, sell or use in any other way – in part or in whole, permanently or temporary, through any means and in any form – any of the Meat Arena content, software, source code or object code, design to any third parties for other purposes than the User’s personal use under this TCMA;
   - Use any information or data for unlawful reason or sending unrequested messages or emails;
   - Publishing any Meat Arena material in any other media without written consent of the Dinikom ltd;
   - Using Meat Arena in any way that is or may be damaging Meat Arena;
   - Using Meat Arena in any way that impacts user access to Meat Arena;
   - Uploading or publishing information that is illegal or not property of the User;
   - The User is not allowed to transfer his subscription to third parties without the express written consent of Dinikom ltd. Use of username and password of another person violation of TCMA;
   - Publish in the offers/requests phone number, email, skype or name different from the ones in your registered profile in Meat Arena;
   - Publish uncensored, abusive, commercial or propaganda material. Dinikom ltd will delete them without prior notice and the subscription of the User can be terminated due to violation of TCMA.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
   8.1. In no event shall Dinikom ltd, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website www.meatarena.com whether such liability is under contract. Dinikom ltd, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Meat Arena.
   8.2. You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Dinikom ltd from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these TCMA.

9. ASSIGNMENT
   9.1. Dinikom ltd is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these TCMA.

10. FINAL TERMS

    10.2. The English language version of TCMA governs the use of Meat Arena.
    10.3. Dinikom ltd may suspend Meat Arena for maintenance or other technical reasons anytime.
    10.4. These TCMA will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Bulgaria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bulgaria for the resolution of any disputes.
